About
Richard is a retired U.S. Air Force/Air National Guard CMSgt with 37 years’ experience in military/civil construction with an emphasis in water/wastewater production and plumbing fundamentals.
He served as the Air National Guard Prime BEEF Functional Area Manager and later as the ANG Civil Engineer Senior Enlisted leader for the Director of Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection, Air National Guard Readiness Center. These roles supported the organization, training, and equipping of Air Nation Guard Civil Engineers.
Between tours to the Air National Guard Readiness Center, he served as Force Manager to an ANG Civil Engineering unit in Colorado; prior to these tours, he worked as a Master Plumber, State of Colorado, where he gained extensive experience in new home construction, repairs, and remodeling.
