Andy Ward

MSG (retired) Andrew Ward currently serves as a Program Manager for Peduzzi Associates, Ltd. in Alexandria, VA through a strategic partnership with Hilton Defense LLC.   

 

Andrew brings 20 years of Special Operations experience, having served roles in the 75th Ranger Regiment and the Joint Special Operations Command.  With a background in Joint Logistics, Aviation Logistics, UAS/CUAS and Inter Agency Coordination.  

 

Andrew is an Operational Support Specialist with a focus on mission success.  A proven leader, he has managed budgets in excess of $200 million, while leading geographically diverse teams both in the military as well as in the private sector.  

 

Andrew’s strength lies in strategic planning, operational support, and building effective relationships for clients to get their capabilities supporting complex homeland and multinational operations.  MSG Ward’s motto is “there is a yes out there somewhere” and he’s driven to find it.  

 

In addition, he serves as a CUAS Program Manager to Hilton Defense LLC, and a mentor to transitioning service members through Three Rangers Foundation.  

 

Andrew retired from the active-duty Army in 2023.  His last assignment was the J4X (Clandestine Logistics) Senior Enlisted Advisor for JSOC in the NCR.  

 

MSG Ward had a distinguished career, leading Soldiers and Joint Force members at every level in the US Army Task Force, Brigade, Battalion and Company level.   Andrew completed 14 combat deployments over a 20-year active-duty career as well as many short duration OCONOS tours.  His career is highlighted by being called upon to lead Joint Force members in multiple National Mission “No Fail” combat operations throughout the CENTCOM and AFRICOM AOR.  

 

After his military retirement, Andrew started his civilian career serving as the Operational Logistics Manager for a major UAS/CUAS company.   

 

MSG Ward is originally from Clearfield, Pennsylvania.  He and his wife currently reside in Norther VA area.  He also has two adult sons who live in North Carolina.
