Mark Beckler, COL (R)

Legislative Strategy


Retired from U.S. Army Aviation after 28 years in the active Army and Army National Guard. He performed multinational peacekeeping work in Egypt and Israel in the early 1990s. In 1997, Mark received the Boeing Rescue Award for saving human lives and property with a helicopter in Italy. He conducted extensive humanitarian disaster relief in Central America following Hurricane Mitch in 1998-99. In 2017, Mark commanded an Army Combat Aviation Brigade in Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Turkey, and Kuwait to battle a designated terrorist group. In addition to his operational service in the Army, Mark was an Army Congressional Fellow in 2010 and an Army Budget Liaison to Congress in 2011.
