General “Buddy” Titshaw joined the Peduzzi Team in January 2016, injecting an invaluable sense of direction into our strategic endeavors.

A proud graduate of Auburn University, General Titshaw embarked on a remarkable military career, commencing with his enlistment in the Florida Air National Guard in May 1970. His dedication and talent earned him the distinction of being a distinguished graduate of undergraduate pilot training in 1972. Throughout his illustrious journey, he honed his leadership prowess and strategic acumen through notable educational milestones, graduating from the esteemed Air Command and Staff College and the prestigious Air War College.

General Titshaw's career traversed an array of command and staff positions, showcasing his adeptness and expertise. His roles included serving as a Fighter Squadron Commander, Air Operations Officer, 125th Fighter Wing Commander, Chief of Staff for the Florida Air National Guard, and Assistant Adjutant General-Air. Notably, his tenure as Commander of the Joint Task Force-Florida during the tumultuous 2005 Hurricane Season demonstrated his exceptional leadership under pressure. His astute guidance and decisive actions in the face of Hurricanes Dennis, Katrina, Rita, and Wilma epitomize his readiness to lead natural disaster response efforts, ensuring the safety and well-being of Florida citizens.

In 2010, General Titshaw assumed the helm as Adjutant General of Florida, overseeing one of the largest contingents of the National Guard until his retirement in 2015. His distinguished service spanned an impressive 45 years of military duty, complemented by a parallel career as a commercial airline pilot, amassing over 26 years of dedicated service in the aviation industry.

General Titshaw's unwavering commitment to excellence, combined with his exceptional leadership and diverse experiences, has left an indelible mark on the military landscape, earning him the respect and admiration of his peers and the nation.
