Glen is the PAL Huntsville Operations Associate, specializing in Army and Army National Guard Programs.

Glen Flowers is a proven leader in Army National Guard aviation and maintenance operations, with extensive experience in both the military and civilian Dept. of Defense sectors. Glen retired from both his military and federal employee position in August 2023, culminating his career with a two-year T10 active-duty tour in Huntsville, AL with AMCOM (U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command). During this time, he served as the principal advisor to AMCOM for ARNG (Army National Guard) Aviation related maintenance and logistics matters.

As the former MS AVCRAD full-time supervisor and 1108 th TASMG Group Commander, COL (Ret) Flowers brings significant real-world experience, having overseen the full-time efforts supporting the MS AVCRADs ten state Southeast Region and deploying overseas to CENTCOM as the 1108 th TASMG Task Force CDR. Glen completed his last MSARNG assignment as the SAAO (State Army Aviation Officer), serving as the principal Army aviation advisor to TAG MS (The Adjutant General Mississippi).
