Guy Swan

Guy Swan is the President of Swan and Associates, LLC, a leading consulting firm specializing in advising companies in defense, security, intelligence, and professional services. With a rich background as an executive, senior military officer, and corporate board member, Swan brings to the PAL Team extensive expertise in leadership, strategic planning, M&A, federal policy, and more.

In his previous role as Vice President at the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), Swan led a $30 million revenue professional association, hosting Army-Industry forums and overseeing professional development programs.

With a 35-year military career, Swan commanded units at all levels, including three commands as a general officer. As the 3-star Commanding General of U.S. Army North/Fifth Army, he had regional responsibility for homeland defense in North America, leading emergency response operations and building partnerships.

Swan currently serves on the boards of American Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association and Biofire Technologies Inc. He maintains a wide network in the defense sector and is a member of prestigious organizations like the Council on Foreign Relations.

General Swan's exceptional contributions have earned him numerous military awards, including the U.S. Cavalry and Armor Association’s Order of St. George and the Frederick W. Castle Memorial Award.

In his personal life, General Swan, along with his wife Melanie, is a proud parent to two accomplished children: son Ryan, a West Point graduate and U.S. Army captain, and daughter Melissa, a James Madison University graduate working as a digital campaign associate for a major media outlet.
