About
LTC (retired) Brook Hilton currently serves as PAL’s partner and is the President of Hilton Defense LLC in Columbus, OH, advising clients on aviation integration, strategic growth, and defense acquisition strategies while leading cross-functional collaborations to deliver integrated technology solutions to government clients.
Brook's strength lies in strategic development and advisory expertise, guiding integration of emerging technologies, and building effective relationships for clients to get their capabilities supporting complex special operations and multinational missions.
In addition, Hilton Defense LLC, a veteran-owned small business, specializes in national security, technology, and leadership, offering strategy development, advanced systems integration, and operational innovation for high-impact, cost-effective outcomes.
Brook retired from the US Army in 2022, as the Director of Sensitive Activities for the 1st Joint Special Operations Air Component at Fort Bragg, NC.
A graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Management, and holder of an MS in Administration from Central Michigan University, LTC Hilton had a distinguished career in special operations aviation, serving in leadership roles across worldwide locations including as Director of Training and Exercises for the 1st Joint Special Operations Air Component, Army Interagency Fellow with US Customs and Border Protection, Operations Officer for the Special Operations Aviation Training Battalion, and Director of Transformation and Strategic Initiatives for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. His career was highlighted by planning and executing highly complex, compartmented global mission sets; leading large-scale joint exercises involving dozens of aircraft and hundreds of personnel; and building and leading new aviation and technology-focused units from the ground up. He possesses active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI access.
After his military retirement, Brook held roles in the private sector including Director of Global Aerospace Operations and Strategic Capture Lead for Long Endurance Programs at DZYNE Technologies, where he built global flight operations for long-endurance UAS systems and coordinated integrations for AFRL and CENTCOM technical demonstrations; and as Business Development & Services Manager at RedHawk Energy, managing energy product services and federal market capture strategies.
